Job openings in SpiceJet
SpiceJet has already hired over 500 Jet Airways employees, including 100 pilots, and is open to hiring more. Ajay Singh the CMD of SpiceJet has stated that they will be focusing on hiring Jet employees and ensuring that they get jobs as soon as possible. “We are giving first preference to those who have recently lost their jobs due to the unfortunate closure of Jet Airways,” he shared in a media statement.
Currently, SpiceJet is hiring:

- Female cabin crew members
- On-ground staff including customer service executives, security executives and a medical officer.

Job openings in IndiGo
Budget carrier IndiGo is offering jobs to pilots of Jet Airways. They have also promised to give compensation for overdue salaries from Jet Airways to the employees.

Most of the new workforce is expected to come from the grounded carrier Jet.”
