What’s Kool Kanya all about?
We at Kool Kanya are on a mission to change the dynamics of the Indian workforce and give women their rightful place in the corporate world. We started Kool Kanya because we want women to own and create their futures. We propel and empower you with knowledge, skills and access to curated jobs that resonate with you.
Why the Kool Kanya Hustlers of 2019?
We’ve all heard about women who are successful, who’ve made it to the top despite all odds and who continue to shine and inspire us all, and we salute those women. However, we also want to bring the spotlight on real women who may not be media friendly, or have broken world records, but are phenomenal in their own right. Everyone from that slightly unsure girl at her first job to the mom who is struggling to meet deadlines both in the boardroom and at home, we want those stories, and those women to be in focus in 2019.
Do I qualify?
If you, or anyone you know, have been giving their hundred percent towards making things work, failing at times and still getting up and doing it all over again, then yes, you qualify!
We are essentially looking for working women based in India, who have decided to take charge of their careers and turn that dream into a reality. You could be a manager at a corporate job, someone who finally started her own business or a woman who is rocking that work from home career. As long as you have achieved a milestone in the last year, we want to hear your story.

We have four criteria basis which we will select a winner.
Confidence
We want to see how confident you are in what you do, and how does that streak of conviction help you achieve your dream.
Perseverance
How passionate and dedicated you are to your job, and whether you’ve stuck around against all odds.
Achievement
We want to look at the scale of your achievement in the past year.
Impact
We want to know how your work has impacted the community and help others around you.
