  1. Get the right material

None of us like feeling too sweaty in the gym, well, we now have the ideal solution to that problem.

Moisture-wicking material is ideal for gym wear as it gives better circulation and contributes to moisture evaporation which enhances performance. These clothes pull the sweat away from you and onto the clothes which gives you supreme comfort when working out. They are usually labelled as “dry fit”, “climate”, and “heat gear”.

2. Fit clothes

Sometimes fit clothes can seem uncomfortable, we know, but baggy clothes in the gym can cause discomfort and hamper your workouts. This is why you should invest in clothes that are fit but not too tight, and give you breathing room. So, replace your old oversized t-shirts with some cool and fit cotton or dry fit t-shirts and invest in good gym wear for women.
