This report aims to discuss the current scenario of women in the workforce. It throws light on why there is a steady decline of women in the corporate race to the top. It also aims to discover proactive solutions and going forward, defines the idea of an alternative workplace that is inclusive and equal – an achievable goal that is not just beneficial for women but also profitable for companies.
We conducted a survey across India to understand what is the status of the working woman in India. Using the Likert Scale4 we asked our 700 respondents to rank various factors based on their importance while selecting a job. Based on responses from our survey respondents, we considered eight major work-related factors to analyse the current working scenario for women. To know more, click here.
